This is because it acts as a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor delta (PPARδ) agonist, which means it rarely replicates the typical side effects of SARMs. Cardarine has demonstrated positive effects on cholesterol and blood sugar levels in a 2015 study (7), which may help mitigate some of the toxicity associated with SARMs.

Stronger SARMs
Researchers who have previously administered SARMs, particularly Ostarine, may administer a more potent SARM in subsequent studies. For example, this may be LGD-4033 or RAD-140, which can enhance muscle and strength gains.

Furthermore, Chen et al. state that S23 “can transiently inhibit spermatogenesis, which may improve upon discontinuation of the SARM.”

One month after rotator cuff surgury, I began a RAD-140/LGD – 4033 regimen as I had lost 10 lbs of upper body muscle. 1 month protocal rehab, shoulder felt 100%, and able to start increasing my workout load(per my Doctor who said he was surprised he was saying so). This started mostly to regain “what I could” and help the repair of the injury, meaning not a true workout, rather focussing more on what the shoulder could handle than what I could physically do. By the end of the cycle, while my stength was not back to 100%, my shoulder was and I had added 6 lbs of muscle back. 2 months later – off of and going to wait 1 more for another cycle, but 8 of 10lbs back (1st time SARM user with a high metabolism – 5′ 8″, 150 today, with naturally very little “fat”). Not a gym rat, but like the results and intend to shoot for 155-157lbs, no more, as I am 56 not 26, but my body looks better at the 150 (more definition) than it did pre injury, so I don’t have to get to 155+ but am curious what the next round does. Should I use something different on the next cycle, or stay with what works? Not looking to bulk, just get to 152-155 -maybe a little more – with definition in muscle (cut).
