Patient Test Results
Our doctors regularly test patients and analyze bloodwork for harm reduction purposes when they have taken anabolic steroids, SARMs, or other performance-enhancing drugs.
By assessing their hormones and organ health, we can identify any existing damage and recommend protocols or supplements to reduce toxicity.
Patients at our clinic have given their consent to share these test results, along with the context of the drugs they were taking and their dosages, to help others understand how these compounds affect the body.

Liver Function Post-SARMs

This is a patient’s liver function test result, indicating healthy bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase levels. Previously, the patient had elevated bilirubin and alkaline phosphatase levels after taking 30 mg/day of RAD-140 continuously for 7 weeks. To reduce hepatotoxicity, the patient discontinued RAD-140 and began taking 500 mg/day of tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA). Consequently, their liver function normalized after 2 weeks, as shown by the test results.
Total Testosterone During TRT

This male patient exhibited excessively high testosterone levels following testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), increasing the risk of cardiotoxicity. Consequently, we advised decreasing the TRT dosage to help maintain overall well-being and vitality without compromising cardiovascular health.
Liver Function Post-Steroids

Our patient previously experienced elevated gamma-glutamyl transferase, total protein, and albumin levels following anabolic steroid use. The patient had cycled Anavar (oxandrolone) and Winstrol (stanozolol) for 8 weeks, consuming alcohol moderately. We advised the patient to discontinue anabolic steroid use, abstain from alcohol, and supplement with 500 mg/day of TUDCA and 600 mg/day of N-acetyl cysteine (NAC). Thirty days post-cycle, their blood work no longer indicated hepatotoxicity, as shown above.
Cholesterol Fluctuations From RAD-150

This patient had been cycling RAD-150, a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM), and experienced low levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) and high levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, revealing cardiotoxicity. The patient’s cholesterol levels normalized shortly after discontinuing supplementation.
Low Total Testosterone Following SARMs Use

This patient experienced hypogonadism (low testosterone) following the use of Ostarine (MK-2866). The patient reported normal energy levels, and their free testosterone remained within the normal range. They did not opt for post-cycle therapy to accelerate endogenous testosterone recovery, and their total testosterone levels normalized four weeks after their last dose of Ostarine.
HPTA Recovery Post-Anabolic Steroids

Our patient previously experienced hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis (HPTA) dysfunction following the use of potent anabolic steroids, including Anadrol (oxymetholone) and trenbolone. Four weeks after completing his cycle, his testosterone levels were recorded on the lower end of the normal range following post-cycle therapy (PCT), during which he was administered human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) at a dosage of 2,500 IU, taken three times per week.
Low Circulating Testosterone Following Proviron Use

This blood test indicated low testosterone and upper-normal sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) levels in a patient who had just completed a 6-week cycle of Proviron, during which he was taking 75 mg/day. A person’s Free Androgen Index (FAI) score is used to estimate the amount of circulating testosterone in the blood. Our patient’s FAI score improved naturally four weeks after discontinuing Proviron, without the use of PCT.
Improvement in Hepatic and Hormone Health

This patient had taken four cycles of oral anabolic steroids over the past 10 years and requested a blood test to specifically check their ALT, estradiol, FSH, and LH levels, which had historically been outside their normal range. As indicated by the test results, all values are within healthy ranges, suggesting that hormone and organ recovery is possible when users cease taking performance-enhancing drugs for an extended period.
Healthy LDL Cholesterol After SARMs

Our patient recently finished taking Ostarine and wanted to test their LDL cholesterol, which had increased significantly during previous cycles. As shown, it remains within the normal range. The patient reported taking 3 grams per day of fish oil to help prevent potential cardiotoxicity while taking this SARM.
