Dr. George Touliatos is a biopathologist who specializes in hormone replacement therapy and ASIH (anabolic steroid-induced hypogonadism). Dr. Touliatos graduated from Athens College in 1991 and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1999, at the age of 25. George is our leading consultant, conducting Skype calls with men and women (locally and internationally). George is known to be one of the leading experts in the world regarding treating the effects of anabolic steroids. He is the author of Bodybuilding: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, while contributing to Anabolics (11th Edition). George has also been featured in Muscular Development magazine and Generation Iron. George is an ex-bodybuilding champion, having won two Greek national titles issued by the Greek Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (GBFF) and the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB). George believes that by being open and talking about AAS, users will also become more open, enabling the medical community to help more people.

Thomas O’Connor is a certified doctor by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is the face of our YouTube channel. He also reviews the content on our blog relating to anabolic steroids and SARMs. He’s known in the bodybuilding community as the ‘Anabolic Doc’ and has featured in films such as Generation Iron 3 and Enhanced. Dr. O'Connor is the author of America on Steroids: A Time to Heal, while contributing to Anabolics (11th edition). Since 2003, Dr. O’Connor has treated thousands of men who have taken AAS, improving their health and quality of life. Some of his patients include well-known bodybuilders and powerlifters. Dr. Thomas O'Connor's honest and expert approach enables our video content to stand out, giving viewers insight into how different anabolics work and their side effects. Dr. Thomas O'Connor states there is no safe way to take AAS, and his goal is to educate as many users as possible to reduce harm and increase their lifespan. Thomas O'Connor is also a competitive powerlifter and was awarded first place by Powerlifting Australia at the Northern Zone State Championships in 1999, where he recorded a bench press of 170 kg. 17 years later, he competed in USA Powerlifting's Wisconsin State Open and placed third.

Certified Personal Trainer

Jack has a level 3 fitness diploma in personal training and has spent a decade bodybuilding, with a strong emphasis on training without the use of chemical enhancements. Jack is a perfect fit for Inside Bodybuilding, demonstrating that it is possible to obtain an exceptionally muscular physique (naturally) with hard work and dedication, as opposed to relying on anabolic substances to achieve your goals. Jack is available in the local Melksham area for one-on-one personal training as well as providing custom workout and nutrition plans to online clients. During his earlier years, Erny was a talented athlete with the dream of becoming a professional footballer. He represented several clubs at the youth level, most notably Chelsea F.C. and Bristol Rovers F.C. He later played for Bath City F.C. before retiring due to persistent injuries. Erny won multiple Player of the Year awards at Melksham Town F.C., Team Bath F.C., Bradford-on-Avon F.C., and Corsham Town F.C. He was described by Bradford-on-Avon youth coaches as the "best player to ever play for the club." Ex-Bristol Rovers footballer Billy Clark also praised Erny's sporting talent, saying, "He was the first player on the team sheet each week." In 2004, Erny received a Special Talent Award (STA) at King Edward's School, Bath, in recognition of his sporting excellence. Erny then became passionate about bodybuilding and has been lifting weights for 18 years, successfully transforming his physique by gaining 50 pounds of muscle. Erny has dealt with autoimmune issues for the majority of his life. Upon successfully recovering from neuropathic and fatigue-related symptoms, his goal with Inside Bodybuilding is to provide a platform for elite medical professionals to heal others. Erny holds a Bachelor of Medicine degree from the University of Edinburgh, which he completed in 2026 with an A grade. He has spent the last 10 years researching the effects of anabolic steroids and SARMs, enabling the public to gain a better understanding of the pros and cons of these compounds.
